Loan Origination Self Study Guide Text Book
COST: $150 per member/$250 non-member (please contact the WMPA office to place an order)
WMPA has developed a Self Study Loan Originator Test Review Text Course that can be purchased in order to help individuals study for the Loan Originator initial licensing exam from home. The text is approximately 160 pages in length and includes a program exam at the end.

Getting Started
All of the online courses through the Mortgage Foundation are approved by the State of Wisconsin for Continuing Education Credits. For each course, you will be asked to provide your Social Security number. This is a necessary field for reporting the Wisconsin Continuing Education Credits.
Online makes it easier
WMPA online education provides several options for your educational needs. You are required to complete 2 hours of current issues. That is the online Wisconsin State Law course. The other additional 14 credits can be a composition of any of the online courses.
Updating your transcript
Upon completion of each course, it can take up to 7 business days for your credits to be processed and appear on your Continuing Education transcript.
